Ian combines the experience of a traditional business career - he became an FCCA in 1994 - with 15 years of study and practise of the Psychology of Vision model - the last 5 years of which have been as a trainer/coach.
In order to provide the best solutions for our clients, we select the best trainer/coach for your organisation from a pool of 20 trainer/coaches in the UK - each with their own unique experience and background.
All beyondthinking trainer/coaches are qualified as Psychology of Vision trainers, a developmental model created as part of a US Navy program in the 70's and built on in over 30 years of practical application and experience in seminars around the world; to become, what has been called, the best developmental training in the world.
Our trainers have to practise for at least 5 years before they can even apply to join the Psychology of Vision worldwide training program - there are only 80 members - and then they must convince a senior selection panel of their ability to effectively deliver this profound transformational teaching.
