Over the past 16 years I have learned what makes us tick, why we behave the way we do, why we respond (or more often react) the way we do and why others do these things. These are understandings fundamental to successful leadership and management - understanding people, the relationships between people, and how group work and develop.
At this level, I share some foundation models and tools to enhance this understanding in a person or group and address specific issues faced by them.
Being a great leader is not about being the strongest fastest flag bearing hero, being a great leader is about inspiring great performance - creating leaders rather than followers.
