More about PoV Trainers

You don't become a PoV trainer by paying £500 and attending a two-day life coaching course.

To become a PoV trainer is an achievement in itself, each of us has studied and practised for at least 5 years and then we have had to convince both existing trainers in our own country and a senior panel of trainers from around the world of our ability to effectively deliver this profound transformational teaching. There are 20 such trainers based in the UK and 80 worldwide.

On top of the entry requirements PoV trainers are subject to rigorous CPD requirements:
  • Mandatory attendance of the annual 10-day International Trainers Conference
  • Mandatory attendance at an average of a further 10 days each year of seminars with senior trainers
  • Mandatory bi-monthly supervisory coaching sessions with a senior trainer
  • Mandatory bi-monthly co-coaching sessions with a peer
  • Recommended attendance at a monthly UK trainer conference
  • Mandatory quarterly reporting of training/coaching activity
As a typical trainer, I attended around 120 days of seminars before I joined the training program, in the five years I have been a member, I have attended a further 200 days.
