This takes the form of co-creative discussion with the most senior people/person in an organisation around the fundamentals of business purpose, its place in society and what it is being called to contribute - it being business in general and your business in particular.

With my background as Chief Executive of a law firm and 20 years in management as a qualified accountant I am acutely aware of the business challenges and my realisation has been that we have no choice but to move into interdependence and partnership in order to succeed.

The purpose of this work is to question the unquestionable since it is our continued acceptance (insistence even) that we understand how things work that is keeping us stuck, we can see it doesn't work but keep insisting that it will or should.
